Welcome to the DEI Academy, an online learning management system created by the Global Initiative for DEI in Curling. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions
a. "DEI Academy" refers to the online learning management system provided by the Global Initiative for DEI in Curling.
b. "Content" refers to all materials, information, and data on DEI Academy, including but not limited to, text, images, videos, and audio.
c. "User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses DEI Academy, including but not limited to, registered users, visitors, and guests.
2. Access and Use
a. You must be at least 18 years old to use DEI Academy.

c. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of DEI Academy, including but not limited to, hacking, data mining, or attempting to access restricted areas of the platform.

a. To access certain features of DEI Academy, you may need to register and create an account.
b. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account information up to date.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
d. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time and for any reason, without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
a. We own all content on DEI Academy and retain all intellectual property rights in it.
b. You may use the content on DEI Academy only for personal, non-commercial use.

a. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Global Initiative for DEI in Curling with respect to the use of DEI Academy.
b. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
c. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
d. You may not assign these terms and conditions or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent.
